The XFoamr is covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
In accordance with Article 38 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, any product sold must be fit for its intended use and free of hidden defects. The legal warranty applies automatically and at no additional cost.
Manufacturing defects affecting normal operation
Premature failures not caused by misuse
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper use, impact, or modifications to the product
Commercial or industrial use
Use of non-compatible or non-recommended products, (ex: ACID)
Failure to follow the manufacturer's usage instructions
To submit a claim, send an email to info@xfoamr.com with:
Proof of purchase
A detailed description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the defective product
We will review your request and inform you of possible solutions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the claim is approved, shipping of the repaired or replacement product will be covered.
Warranty claims are generally processed within 10 business days after receiving all required information.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
The XFoamr must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, available in the user manual. Failure to follow these guidelines may void the warranty.
